Sunstar Tonic is an established Men’s Shampoo brand in Japan. It entered the Singapore market more than 2 years ago but is still relatively unknown here.
The Task
To re-introduce Sunstar Tonic to Singapore consumers, increase its brand awareness and improve sales.
The Solution
An “Exhilarating Coolness” press campaign was created to highlight the shampoo’s menthol energy coolness. To reach out to more customers, a radio campaign also ran concurrently with the press ads, with radio commercials, deejay crosstalk and sample giveaways to complement the advertising. Sunstar’s Facebook page was also revamped with regular and relevant content.
